Bringing the Outdoor In

When Old Town Design Build met this client, the word of the hour was potential. A beautiful, though outdated, lakefront home needed to be modernized and personalized for those who lived there. This remodel and addition would blend the lines between indoors and out.

We updated and increased the windows in the home to maximize the lake views; designed built-in cabinetry to provide functional storage space and keep the rooms free-flowing, and incorporated reclaimed wood floors to add warmth and character to spaces. The neutral color palette and minimalist elements created a cohesive and serene atmosphere in the home. To maximize the home's outdoor living potential, Old Town Design Build added a two-story patio to the home. The design of the outdoor spaces was carefully considered to seamlessly blend the indoors with the outdoors and create a cohesive living space.

Once complete, the remodeled lakefront villa captured the unique style and personality of the client while maximizing the potential of the home's already spacious interior and incredible location.
