Historic Craftsman Renovation

Old Town Design Build worked with the client to develop a Craftsman remodel plan that respected the historic character of the home while also incorporating modern amenities and functionality.

We worked to create a semi-open floor plan, opening up space for entertainment, family gatherings, and cooking. Fully custom cabinetry and spaces, including the kitchen and bathrooms, brought interior refinement to the traditional craftsman exterior, and luxury flooring and finishes completed the home's atmosphere of refinement.

In the end, the completed historic renovation resulted in a beautiful and functional home that honors the historic character of the original Craftsman style while also meeting the needs and preferences of our client.
